TRANSFORMASI MODEL PERANCANGAN RUMAH BERBASIS KEARIFAN LOKAL UNTUK MITIGASI BANJIR

Banjir merupakan bencana hidrometeorologi dominan di Indonesia, dengan Provinsi Aceh sebagai salah satu wilayah dengan frekuensi kejadian tertinggi. Kecamatan Matangkuli, Kabupaten Aceh Utara, khususnya Desa Ceubrek Pirak dan Desa Teumpok Barat, teridentifikasi sebagai kawasan dengan tingkat keterpaparan banjir tinggi sejak 2022. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji strategi mitigasi banjir berbasis kearifan lokal melalui pendekatan community-based resilience dengan mengacu pada kerangka Baseline Resilience Indicators for Communities (BRIC), yang meliputi Social Resilience, Economic Resilience, Community Capital, Disaster Preparedness, Infrastructure & Housing Resilience, dan Environmental Resilience. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yang diimbangi dengan teknik eksploratif. Pengolahan data dilakukan melalui analisis Multidimensional Scaling (MDS) untuk memetakan tingkat dan keterkaitan antaratribut ketahanan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi kearifan lokal pada ketiga dimensi BRIC berperan signifikan dalam membentuk transformasi model perancangan rumah yang adaptif terhadap banjir yang berkelanjutan dan kontekstual. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan implikasi dari pada penerapan Social Resilience dan Economic Resilience masih kurang dimana hasil MDS menunjukkan nilai RSQ 1. Sedangkan pada atribut BRIC lainnya berada ≤1. Kajian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan kerangka perancangan arsitektur permukiman tanggap bencana yang kontekstual dan berkelanjutan di wilayah rawan banjir.
