Fee waiver policy: If you do not have the funds to pay the publication fee, you may request a waiver. Our editorial board will consider waiver requests on a case-by-case basis. We do not want fees to prevent the publication of worthy research.
 
How to request a waiver:
  1. Indicate the waiver request in your cover letter at submission or reply to the acceptance email.
  2. State briefly why a waiver is needed (e.g., lack of funding, institutional constraints).
  3. The editorial office will review and notify you of the decision before payment is required.
