Author Guidelines

Authors submitting manuscripts to this journal must adhere to the following requirements:

Scope of Research

The journal publishes research manuscripts related to agricultural business studies from a macro approach, covering comprehensive and integrated aspects of agricultural economics, including upstream, downstream, and supporting subsystems, as well as their connections to government policies, agricultural trade, international economy, and land resource capitalization, farmers, and society. Micro approaches cover business development issues in the agricultural sector (finance, business policy, and technical functional aspects).

Title Requirements

The title of the manuscript must be accurate, concise, informative, and easy to understand. It should describe the main content of the writing and not exceed 15 words.

Language and Originality

The journal accepts manuscripts in Indonesian and English. It only accepts original research articles that have not been previously published.

Manuscript Preparation

Manuscripts should be typed using Microsoft Word with an A4 paper size, 1-inch spacing, 3 cm margins on each side, and a maximum of 15 pages. The font should be Times New Roman 12. Each page should have a page number. The manuscript structure should include: title, author name and institution, abstract in English, keywords, abstract in Indonesian, keywords, introduction, research method, results and discussion, conclusion, acknowledgment (if any), and references.

Title and Author Information

The title should be short, clear, informative, and written in Indonesian, using uppercase letters and consisting of 5 to 15 words. The author's name should be written in full without titles, with the first author being the main author, and subsequent authors listed in full.

Abstract and Keywords

The abstract should be written in both Indonesian and English, not exceeding 250 words, and in a single paragraph. Keywords should be provided in both languages.

Introduction

This section should include the background, formulation of the problem to be solved, relevant literature citations, and objectives.

Method

This section should describe the research location and time, as well as the research method (research design, treatments, experimental design, and analysis methods) used.

Results and Discussion

The data presented should have been analyzed and relevant, with the discussion explaining its connection to theory/ hypothesis, and explaining the importance of the obtained results for further research development/applications/recommendations.

Tables and Figures

Table titles and contents should be brief so that tables can stand alone. Tables should be numbered according to the text. Table titles should not exceed 12 words. b. Figure and graph titles should be numbered and accompanied by explanations. Figures should be black and white or color photographs with high contrast. The number of table and figure pages should not exceed 30% of the total manuscript pages.

Conclusion

This section should present the most important results obtained (new theory/innovation), and answer the objectives, hypothesis, and other findings during the research.

References

The number of references should be at least 10, with at least 80% of primary sources. References should be written in the American Psychological Association (APA) style. The journal recommends using Mendeley software for creating references.

Reference Sources

Only recent sources (not more than 15 years old) should be used. It is not recommended to use anonymous sources, theses, or direct quotes.
